*Note: Our individual Boarder Policy has been revamped due to the volume of furry guests and statewide staffing shortages. For the protection of the dogs in our care, we will not be admitting dogs who have shown any aggression towards other dogs in the past. Individual Boarder reservations are accepted only at the discretion of management and the fees are $25 per night in addition to regular boarding fees.

Complex Medication |
Some dogs have complex medicine regimens that include injections or complex written instructions and may be subject to the Complex Medication Fee. This fee may also be charged to clients who give us ambiguous medication instructions, necessitating further investigation by the staff. |

Charged to any client who necessitates the office team to take more than ten minutes to check in his/her dog for boarding. Reasons for this fee may include, but at not limited to:

- You may reserve amenities through the portal, by phone, or email them to us at [email protected]; please DO NOT verbally give us a list of amenities in the driveway as you drop-off your dog.
- Amenities are subject to substitution, depending on what your dog likes; we cannot guarantee specific amenities for specific days.
- A dog may only have one food amenity per day to protect his or her digestive health while boarding.
- Only two amenities are allowed per night.
- PUPDATES ARE NOW A SEPARATE SERVICE. Pupdates cost $10 each and are limited to a maximum of three pupdates during a seven-day stay. Remember: We publish hundreds of photos each day on Facebook, and we are happy to respond to email and phone inquiries regarding your dog's stay.

When boarding instructions are not followed, our efficiency at check-in drops markedly, causing extra burdens on the staff and taking time away from the dogs.
Failure to follow procedures will result in fees and may affect your ability to get future reservations. We will cater to our clients who help us run our facility as efficiently as possible.

2. DO NOT GIVE US ANY VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS AT THE CAR AT DROP-OFF. All instructions regarding your dog must be communicated BEFORE drop off by email OR written instructions may be placed in your dog's bag.

Toby Town happily administers all needed medications to dogs. To make sure your dog's medication is given correctly, please adhere to the following steps:

- All dogs are required to bring his or her own food when boarding.
- Food must be packaged PER MEAL, PER DOG per day. Example: If your dog eats twice a day, you would pack two bags per day.
- Multi-dog families must bag and label each dog's food separately.
- Each bag must show the dog's name.
- Other than name, nothing else should be written on the food bags, unless different meals are given a.m. and p.m.
- Dogs who arrive without the food packaged correctly may be subject to a feeding fee.
- If you bring refrigerated items, please let the staff know at drop-off so we can get your items into the fridge quickly.
4. MEDICINE
Toby Town happily administers all needed medications to dogs. To make sure your dog's medication is given correctly, please adhere to the following steps:
- Write down the name of the medicines and the dosage.
- Write down what the medicine treats.
- Write down when and how the medicine is given. Example: 1 allergy pill at breakfast given in a Pill Pocket.
- Bring any necessary items needed to administer the medicine, such as syringes, peanut butter, Pill Pockets, etc.
- Complex medication needs may be subject to an additional fee.
- Medications are generally given at mealtimes. If your dog's medication needs to be given at a special time, please make sure you write down this information.
5. ITEMS NEEDED FOR BOARDING:
- Food prepackaged and labeled as explained above.
- Medication with instructions.
- Pack treats if your dog is on a special diet and cannot have our treats.
- Nothing else is required. Toby Town provides raised Karunda beds, hand-made, clean blankets, and new Kinn bowls.
- Please label everything that comes into our facility, including jackets, leashes, toys, etc.
- NOTE: Bring your food and medicines in a small bag as we do not have room to store backpacks, coolers, luggage, etc.
